Refund policy
At Sugarcloud Scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because our products are fragrance decants and samples, we have a few policies in place to ensure the safety and quality of every order.
🩷 Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fragrance products once they have been shipped.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including fragrance selections and bottle sizes.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or you received the wrong fragrance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us at sugarcloudscents0@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging if applicable
We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
💰 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider’s processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
❌ Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Sugarcloud Scents is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply before we can resend the package.
🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sugarcloud Scents is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help you determine the next steps with the shipping carrier.

Please review the fragrance information before purchasing. Sugarcloud Scents is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, or other reactions to fragrances.
